Refund policy
At Pickleblack, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If there is a defect in our products, please see our Return Policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Merchandise purchased online at pickleblack.com can be returned within 15 days of the fulfillment date to receive a full refund minus shipping, store credit, or exchange for a new color or size.
- Returns must be initiated by emailing info@pickleblackcom. Items returned without first emailing will not be accepted.
- All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all original packaging, and accessories.
- Products listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns that are used and do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Initiating a Return
- Email info@pickleblack.com and include your order number and the email address linked to the online order.
- In your email, please include your reason for returning and desired return outcome (exchange, store credit, or return).
- Once your return has been submitted, Pickleblack will email you with a prepaid return label.
- Affix the label to the original package and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the shipping label. Returns that are not shipped back within 14 days will be cancelled.
Full Refunds
- If you request a full refund for your returned items, once we have received your returns, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
- Refunds will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase, minus the shipping cost for the original order and the shipping cost of the return shipment.
Exchanges
- Pickleblack offers color and size exchanges for products of the same style and value. Personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.
- If you would like to exchange a product for a new color or size, email info@pickleblack.com
- Exchanges do not incur a return shipping cost fee.
Store Credit
- You have the option to receive store credit for your returned items which can be applied to an order on pickleblack.com
- Returns for store credit do not incur a return shipping cost fee, but the shipping cost for the original shipment will not be credited.
